I checked four of your competitor's web sites before buying from you. Your site was much better than any of the others. The information you had on my specific laptop's memory configuration and expandability made me more comfortable that I was ordering the correct items. That's a great feature. I was also very pleasantly surprised that 2nd day air shipping was free of charge. Having just waited 4 weeks (yes, that's 4 WEEKS) for a shipment from Amazon--for which I paid $4.95 s/h charges, by the way--this is just wonderful.

I just purchased some memory from you're company for my HP Pavilion and I wanted to let you know how pleased I was. First, the memory selection process was a snap. I didn't really know what memory I needed precisely but it was as easy as entering my Pavilion model number. Secondly, the online ordering process was quick and easy. Lastly, I was very pleased to receive my order the next day, which was early than I expected. I've installed it and it's working perfectly. It has speeded up my computer dramatically.
