I wanted to say that with my first experience w/ your company was exceptional. Your tech (I can't remember his name!!) was so patient with me as I was getting frustrated with the problems of having a mislabeled e-machines computer. He is the one whom suggested that might be the issue.
Your company does stand behind what it sells. And in e-commerce that is rare to have such excellent customer service, and such drive to help the consumer get things right one way or another.
I will recommend you to everyone I know, and know where I will come when i need upgrades or replacements.
