I checked four of your competitor's web sites before buying from you. Your site was much better than any of the others. The information you had on my specific laptop's memory configuration and expandability made me more comfortable that I was ordering the correct items. That's a great feature. I was also very pleasantly surprised that 2nd day air shipping was free of charge. Having just waited 4 weeks (yes, that's 4 WEEKS) for a shipment from Amazon--for which I paid $4.95 s/h charges, by the way--this is just wonderful.
