Shipping Hours

Orders that use the overnight delivery, or 2nd-day shipping methods and are processed by 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. (Contingent upon product availability.) Product ships primarily from Missouri (US zip code 63122). Some orders may ship from California or Texas. For your protection we insure all our shipments. An additional insurance charge may be assessed based on the actual value of the shipment.

Delivery Times

All International orders placed must read to and agree by the terms and guidelines as set forth in our International Orders Guidelines. International orders over $300.00 may require funds to be processed by Wire Transfer T/T or Western Union.

We are taking the following measures to ensure the validity of each credit card transaction:

1. The billing and shipping addresses MUST match the addresses on file with your credit card company. Please be sure to enter a valid daytime telephone number so we can verify the shipping information if required.

2. Your email address must be valid and preferably not from a free email source like Hotmail or Yahoo.

3. You must include a valid phone number when registering.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we have this policy due to the high amount of credit card fraud, which has been up to 25% of all International orders.

When you provide the information requested we are able to ensure a secure e commerce transaction. All orders not meeting these criteria may be subject to additional security verification.

International Taxes & Tariffs

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. For example, Canadian customers will be assessed the 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) or the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or PST (Provincial Sales Tax) when the order arrives. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.
