Can't find your model?
Having trouble finding your model using our configurator? Try some of these helpful tips and if you still can't find it, please give us a call at 800-566-3727. Check out our helpful tips if you don't know how much memory you need.
- Try typing in your model number only in our search bar. Don't include serial numbers or version numbers.
- Try using our 'Check My System' scanner, located below, if you haven't already. It will automatically scan your computer and take you to the exact model, if listed.

Try using either the Belarc Advisor or CPUID; both are excellent system scanners and will either tell you your model number, motherboard model, or the type of memory you need.
