Warranty Information

It is our top priority to provide an exceptional customer service experience should you need to contact us. We are happy to provide our customers with a replacement if the memory or product we originally sent happens to have a problem. All Memory is guaranteed to be compatible with your computer, provided you have followed our recommendations for your model.

4 All Memory warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor.

To obtain warranty service for replacement only, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at 800-566-3727.

 

***Memory MUST be returned in rigid packaging. A corrugated flat mailer or a small box is the recommended method. Shipping memory in a regular or even a padded envelope will result in damaged memory. If we received damaged memory we will not credit you or send a replacement. Please use proper packaging.***

Cross-ship Exchange

4 All Memory will ship your product replacement if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. 4 All Memory will issue the credit at the time of receipt.

Wait-to-Receive Exchange

4 All Memory will ship your product replacement after we receive your return. Please note that this method will take longer than the cross-ship method due to shipping times from your location. No charges will be made using this method.

All our memory modules are warranted to be free from electrical or manufacturer defects for the life of the original owner. This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges. 4 All Memory is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. 4 All Memory will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason. Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.

Return For Credit

Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To return items make a copy of the invoice, write "returning for credit" on the invoice and state how you would like the credit applied. We can either put the credit back on your card or hold the credit in your account. Although you were not charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return. Please send items back in a way that you can track the package.

4 All Memory provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with 20% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns (excluding computer memory). After 30 days the products carry the warranties of their respective manufactures. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, inquire for more details. 4 All Memory is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. 4 All Memory will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.

RMA RETURNS POLICY / CONTINENTAL U.S.

For all domestic RMAs you must contact us by phone at 800-566-3727, by fax at 314-856-4098, or by email. Product must be returned to 4 All Memory before a replacement is shipped. Expedited shipping can be obtained for a nominal fee. Customer must pay the shipping to 4 All Memory, 4 All Memory will pay the shipping for the return.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Before items can be returned for replacement RMA # must be obtained. Products returned without RMA # will be refused by 4 All Memory and will be returned to you at your expense. If you believe there is a problem with your item, please call us toll free at 800-566-3727.

RMA Returns Policy / International

For all international RMA's you must contact us by phone at 314-856-4002, by fax at 314-856-4098, or by email. Product must be returned to 4 All Memory before a replacement is shipped. Customer must pay the shipping to 4 All Memory, 4 All Memory will pay the shipping for the return.

If you require a replacement for any reason, 4 All Memory will send your replacement to you and mark the package as a replacement. However, this does not guarantee that you will not incur any custom's fees, as it this at the discretion of the custom's agent. 4 All Memory will not assume responsibility for any such fees incurred on replacements.
