The delivery times of 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM are valid to most U.S. addresses. In some areas Priority Overnight delivery can be as late as noon, 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 PM on Saturdays. ** Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.
FedEx Ground Promotional Shipping Policy
FedEx Ground shipping promotional rates are valid for memory orders only and are only available in certain/select areas. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to call.
If you order Friday morning and wish to have your package delivered on Saturday, you must select Saturday Delivery. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.
We do not have any ownership or management interest in any third party shipping entities, including USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Therefore by your selection of a listed third party shipping entity, you agree that after your package enters your selected third party shipping company's system, the third party shipping company is the only party responsible for the delivery of your package and that we have no control over the delivery process.
If your package is deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company you selected, please contact us. Will we re-charge you for the item (if available) and re-ship the item per the third party shipping company you select. If you do receive the original package that was deemed lost, delayed in shipment or similarly categorized by you or the third party shipping company, you may keep it since it was paid for in full or you may elect to return the original item to us for a credit less the shipping charges.
For your protection we insure all our shipments. An additional insurance charge may be assessed based on the actual value of the shipment.

Even though we currently have a "free shipping" promotion, it does cost us money to ship an item to you. If an item is returned to us for credit, we will give that credit minus the amount we would normally charge for shipping. Also if a product is returned as undeliverable for any reason, you will have to pay 4 All Memory for the amount charged to us by the shipping company (FedEx, USPS) to return that item to us.
